The licence
Visola comes with a licence to use it on your own devices. Behind that stands Apple’s standard licence agreement, the one every app in the store is sold under. Nothing on this page narrows it, and where the two disagree, Apple’s wording counts.
What it costs
The price and anything you can buy inside the app stand on its App Store page. Payments and refunds run through Apple, because Apple is who sells it to you.
The numbers come from Google
Visola shows what the Search Console API returns for the accounts you connect. Google counts with a delay of a few days, leaves out rare queries and can correct its numbers later. Visola shows them as they come and cannot be more exact than its source.
No warranty
The app comes as it is. It depends on Google’s service, on your connection and on your device, and any of them can fail. I do not promise that the numbers are always complete or current, and I am not liable for decisions made on them or for damage that comes out of using the app. Apple’s agreement says that in capital letters; this paragraph says it in ordinary ones.
Other services
Signing in and the data go through Google, buying and updating through the App Store, so Google’s and Apple’s terms cover those parts. Visola is not affiliated with Google or Microsoft.
Changes and law
When these terms change, the date below changes with them. Swiss law applies. If the consumer law of the country you live in gives you more than that, it keeps giving it to you.
